The more analytical of the two, Namrata approaches design with a microscopic attention to details. Equally at home talking shop with clients and walking the talk with thought provoking designs, she comes into her own when a design brief demands equal part thinking and design. Namrata cut her design teeth in advertising, gaining experience in DDB Mudra, Lowe, Leo Burnett and Black Swan Life. Her journey spanning two decades through this world of art and design has culminated in N and S.

The free-spirited designer, the Bohemian in this Rhapsody, Shruti is all about feeling the pulse and goes for the vibe of the brand. Intuitive and instinctive to the very core, she has at the same time honed the skill to sift through all the jibber-jabber and come straight to the design point. An alumnus of the J.J. School of Arts, Shruti thoroughly enjoyed her years in advertising, in MNCs like DDB Mudra, Saatchi & Saatchi and Lowe. But with her maverick spirit, she decided to leave the corporate world to set up N and S, in partnership with her best friend.
